 In the coming months, the Coalition against Morbid Obesity will organize information, awareness, and mobilization activities including a regional tour, across Quebec. Videos testimonies The Coalition is sending out two videos in which people who are suffering, or who have suffered, from morbid obesity share their stories. Congrès en chirurgie bariatrique Last October, the Coalition against Morbid Obesity has participated as an exhibitor to the Congrès en chirurgie bariatrique in Laval. (French only) Petition On June 12, 2008 the Coalition against Morbid Obesity submitted its 600-signature petition to the Quebec National Assembly. Survey Between March 22 and July 31, 2007, over 1,000 Quebecers suffering from morbid obesity have participated in the Coalition survey.
